I accidentally move an email that was received into the actual Personal Folders and don't know where it went. I searched in all the folders and nothing. can you help please?

try saving another email and the location might default to the last location that you saved an email to.

Unfortunately, I had did a couple of things prior to what you mentioned so it did not work. Do you have any suggestions? Oh, by the way do you know how to undo saving an email as a journal? If so, your assistance will be deeply appreciated. Thank you for your time.
