Hi  ,

 Just a  small yet quick question.

I am an Australian Citizen and have been living in australia for 5  years , but from the lasty 6 months I have been living overseas as I wanted to spend some time with my parents .

Can I sponsor my sister - under subclass 176 ( skilled sponsor )  - will I be called a usual resident of Australia .

To support my application , I am attaching

my residence proof in Australia which is

1) Australian Driving licence

2) Electricity bill - 6 months old

3)current Australian mobile bill-downloaded from net

 4)CPA Australia reciept - downloaded from net - recent showing my address

4) Australian Tax office certificate 7 months old

Can I sponsor my sister - , Am I a  usual resident , form 1277 requires me to fill my employment details for last 2 years and offcourse 6 months I  was on vacation  , also Q30 of 1277 asks me if I live in other city /town in last 2 years which I have lived overseas for 6 months out of 5.5 years in Australia.
