Hello,  I am rather new at this, but I need HELP.  My little sister just passed away on the 17th and she has designated me as her executor and power of attorney.  She also  informed me that she wanted our mom to have her life insurance policy.  She told her mom during every conversation that the policy was there for her.  The day after her death while contacting everyone I had to I learned that her beneficiary had been change "RECENTLY".  this put up all kinds of red flags and I started digging.  I found out yesterday that she had apparently just changed it to her landlord.  While she did not go in with the papers, and she was very ill with Brain and Lung cancer, the employer accepted the change --- delivered by her landlord.    I cannot afford $5000. for the retainer and am looking to anyone who can advise me of what I should do.
