I developed a database to track vehicle maintenance.

I have 4 tables mechanics, vehiclesrecords, miles and parts used.

PM A done every 30 days or 4k miles PM B done every 180 days or 20K miles and PM C once a year or 30K miles. The problems is that the  B and C replaces A and some time some of the PM can be done on the 27th day or 3700 miles so if create a filte or query to select the B or C it may be over done becayse the the period or miles between service can never be over the 4K or 30 days.
