This is concerning Windows 2000 sp4. I get a Stop Error message 0x000000c2 Bad_pool_caller and a blue screen every time i boot the computer. Only way i can get the computer so i can use it is in Safe Mode. I've tried downloading a hotfix Kb820765 to fix this problem but it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
