Snoopy

Halloween night, back in 2005, a little black and white kitten crawled into the back of my car and came home with us. I didn't know where he'd come from so I posted a FOUND notice in the paper, but no one claimed him. I decided to keep him and named him Snoopy. He was hell on wheels. Every night he'd play Kitty Olympics, tearing through my house and knocking things over. He was always into everything! Then about 6 months ago, his right ear started to swell up, becoming thick and hot. The vet checked it and said there was no signs of infection or anything, that he'd just scratched it. He gave him a shot and sent us home with ear-cleaner. I doctored him twice a day and he'd fight me like a demon, biting me, scratching me, and howling like the devil was on his tail. After two weeks, the swelling came down, but it left his ear all disfigured and wrinkly looking. He can hear out of it with no problems. It just looks strange. To this day, he cannot stand to have anyone touch his ears. I guess I overcleaned his!

Guera

This is Guera, our American Cocker Spaniel. She is now 6 years old and has had four litters of puppies, the last litter was 13 and I had her spayed during the C-Section. She'd be lost without Daxx (her best friend) and Baby (her daughter by Daxx). She has seizures sometimes, some cockers just have them, but she is a good watch dog (she barks at submarines in the South Pacific) and a good friend to my kids.

Our Baby

This is Baby, daughter of Daxx and Guera. She is the remaining pup of 13, born May 2005, and she was the runt. She is a precious girl.

My Boy Daxx.... Brown Sable American Cocker Spaniel

This is my boy Daxx. He is a happy boy, has a wag for everyone, and is very content to just cuddle on someone's lap, even though he is about 30 pounds! He's a loving boy and I'd never give him up in a million years!
